What This Guarantee Covers
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not functioning as expected due to a manufacturing issue within 30 days of delivery, we will resolve the issue promptly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include:

• Full product replacement (where applicable)
• A refund if a suitable remedy cannot be provided
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
This guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
• Change of mind, incorrect choice, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse
• Products that have been used in a manner inconsistent with instructions
• Opened hygiene-sensitive items (such as medical consumables, oxygen equipment, braces, cushions, etc.)
• Custom orders or special-order products
