- We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a full physical address for your order.
- Same day dispatch will only apply to orders placed before 5PM EST. All orders placed after 5PM EST will be dispatched the next business day.

Same day dispatch conditions: as a minimum, your order will be fulfilled and booked for transport. Most cases the courier will pick up the goods the same day but on some occasions this will be collected the next morning. Courier Pick Ups will only occur Monday - Friday or business days which exclude public holidays. On weekends your order will be picked and packed as a minimum, but you may not receive tracking details until the following business day

Instances where PO Boxes are used, we will need to contact you and change the address to a physical location. In these instances, we cannot offer the Same Day Dispatch as we will need to contact you first.
- If there is an issue with your order, or we need to contact you for any reason before your order can be dispatched, we cannot offer you same day dispatch. Your order will be dispatched immediately after we have the relevant information to proceed with your order.
- Whilst we will endeavour to deliver your order in a timely fashion we make no guarantee in relation to such;
- Time will not be of the essence under this Agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, dates and times given for delivery of Goods are given in good faith, are estimates only and are not to be treated as a term of this Agreement. The Buyer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery. Goods may be delivered by instalments at the discretion of Rapid Medical Supplies;
- Where delivery of your order will be delayed we will do our best to advise you in relation to the delay; However, we are at the sole discretion of the courier and they are ultimately responsible for the delivery of your package. Please contact the courier directly for delivery estimates or delay enquiries.
- In placing your order with us you acknowledge that we do not accept any liability in relation to delivery delays relating to your order;
- The Buyer shall inspect all Goods immediately after delivery and shall within 7 days of the delivery date and in any case prior to on-selling or otherwise using the Goods, give notice to Rapid Medical Supplies of any matter or thing by reason of which the Buyer alleges the Goods or any part of the Goods are not in order;
- Any claims to be made against Rapid Medical Supplies for short delivery of Goods must be lodged with Rapid Medical Supplies in writing within 7 days of the Delivery date;
- To the extent permitted at law, all other warranties whether implied or otherwise, not set out in these Terms or expressed in any warranty statement provided by Rapid Medical Supplies are excluded and Rapid Medical Supplies is not liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to compensate the Buyer for any Consequential Loss;
- Any changes to a delivery date effected or requested by the Buyer may incur storage and additional delivery costs which will be determined by Rapid Medical Supplies at its sole discretion and which will be payable by the Buyer in accordance with these Terms;
Delays in Dispatch and Delivery
14.1 While we make every effort to dispatch all orders promptly, certain products—including but not limited to electric wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, and other specialised medical equipment—require additional time for quality control (QC) and compliance checks prior to shipment. This process is in place to ensure customer safety and product reliability.
14.2 During periods of high demand or peak promotional events (such as End of Financial Year sales, Christmas, or other sale periods), order processing and dispatch may be subject to delays of up to 5 additional business days beyond our standard dispatch timeframes.
14.3 Dispatch and delivery timelines provided on product pages or during checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouse locations depending on stock availability and logistics considerations.
14.4 Delays in dispatch or delivery do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless required by Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to fulfil all orders within a reasonable timeframe, and we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such delays.
14.5 By placing an order with Rapid Medical Supplies, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of extended dispatch or delivery timeframes under the conditions outlined above.
