Find your parcel. Know your next step.

Check your tracking, understand the latest update and contact your courier for routine delivery questions.

1. Have your tracking details ready

  1. Find your dispatch email or delivery notification. Check your inbox and junk folder for Rapid Medical Supplies and any courier notification. Open the tracking link provided with your order.
  2. Use the courier tracking or consignment number. Your RMS order number identifies your purchase; it may be different from the number the courier needs.
  3. Check the courier name and latest scan. Use the matching courier below. If a tracking link opens a delivery partner’s page, look for the carrier name and consignment number there.

Before you call or enquire

Keep your tracking number, delivery postcode, full delivery address and RMS order number nearby. Note the latest tracking status and scan date. Ask for an enquiry or case reference and keep it with any reply.

No tracking number, or unsure which courier has your parcel? Contact Rapid Medical Supplies with your order number so we can help identify it.

2. Track & contact your courier

For a delivery estimate, collection instructions or a routine tracking update, the courier can check its delivery network directly. Choose the courier named in your notification.

Main courier

StarTrack

Track using your StarTrack consignment number. StarTrack’s official Track & Trace link now opens Australia Post’s tracking tool.

For a missed delivery, follow the instructions on your card or tracking page before travelling to collect your parcel.

3. What does your update mean?

A label is not a collection scan. “Label created”, “tracking number allocated” or “shipping information received” usually means the shipment has been booked. A pickup, acceptance or processing scan is the next evidence that the courier has the parcel. RMS preparation and booking can happen before courier collection.
Tracking is late, unchanged or has no scans

Check that you copied the full number into the correct courier’s tracker. Review the latest scan and any service alerts on the courier’s website. Scans can be spaced apart while a parcel moves between facilities; an unchanged status alone does not confirm that it is lost.

If the estimated delivery date has passed, or you are concerned about a long gap, ask the courier for an update and a case reference. If it still shows only a label or booking, contact RMS to check dispatch and collection. You do not need to wait for a courier investigation to finish before asking RMS for help.

Delivery was attempted or collection is required

Read the delivery card and tracking instructions. They may offer redelivery or name a collection point. Confirm the location and that the parcel is ready before travelling; take the identification and tracking or card number requested by the courier.

If the instructions are unclear, contact the courier. Let them know if you need an accessible collection or delivery option and ask what is available.

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find it

Check any delivery photo or signature, safe places around your property, and whether someone in your household, reception, building management or a neighbour accepted it. Compare the delivery details with your address.

If it is still missing, promptly tell the courier that the delivery is disputed and ask it to check the proof of delivery. Keep the case reference and contact RMS if the parcel remains missing or you need help.

The parcel or item is damaged

Contact RMS promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, shipping label and visible damage. Keep the packaging and contents for assessment, and avoid using equipment that appears damaged or unsafe.

You can also notify the courier so the delivery damage is recorded. CouriersPlease requires the sender or account holder to lodge its damage claim. Aramex asks receivers to notify the sender as soon as possible and lodge an enquiry with Aramex within 24 hours. Contact RMS even if that courier reporting period has passed.

I need to change the address or delivery instructions

If your order has not been collected, contact RMS as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details. After collection, ask the courier which redirection or redelivery options are available for that shipment.

A change may need sender approval, may incur a fee, and may not be possible once the parcel is on its delivery run. Confirm any proposed fee and arrangement before agreeing. If the courier needs the sender to act, contact RMS with the request and case reference.

Only part of my order has arrived

RMS orders may ship from different warehouse locations and may be delivered in instalments. Check your dispatch notifications for separate tracking numbers, and compare the items received with the order and any packing slip.

Track each shipment separately. If an item has no tracking details, or all shipments show delivered but something is missing, contact RMS with your order number and a list of the items received and missing.

Unresolved delivery issues

Still need help? We’re here.

Contact Rapid Medical Supplies if your parcel remains missing or damaged, tracking does not resolve the issue, or the courier says it needs the sender to act. We can check your order and help with the next steps, including coordinating with the sender or account holder where required.

Include your RMS order number, courier, tracking number, delivery postcode, brief description of the issue and any courier case reference. Attach relevant tracking screenshots or damage photos.

Some courier investigations or compensation claims must be handled by the sender or account holder. This depends on the courier and service; it does not prevent you from asking RMS for help. Contacting a courier is an optional practical step and does not replace our responsibility to assist with your order or require you to give up any rights.
