Shipping & Dispatch

Same day dispatch means your order will be Picked, Packed and Fulfilled the same day as you order your goods. We aim to have all packages picked up the same day as well, however sometimes packages will not leave until the next day depending on the courier run.

All packages will at least be picked and packed the same day in preparation for pick up.

It depends on where you are and the current shipping carrier work loads. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but due to our products being medical products, returns are unavailable due to health reasons. If you find an issue with a product or if it is damaged, just email us directly and we’ll give you some options for resolution.
