Refund policy

At Rapid Medical Supplies, we care about getting it right the first time. Every product we ship is brand new, hygienic, and carefully checked before leaving our warehouse. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

However, due to the medical nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selections, or if a cheaper price is found elsewhere. Please review the item description, size, and suitability carefully before completing your order, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

In rare cases where a return is approved (excluding change of mind), the product must be unused and in original condition, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Some items, like oxygen machines, medical devices, bathroom aids, cushions, and hygiene products, cannot be returned under health and safety regulations.
