How your order ships
Most orders travel by Air Express for the fastest delivery. For safety and handling reasons, some products can only travel by Road Express — which takes longer, especially to WA, NT and TAS.
Used for most small and medium items. Metro delivery in 1–2 business days. Not available for bulky, oxygen or lithium-battery products.
Used for bulky equipment and anything that can’t fly. Safe and fully tracked, but takes longer — especially to WA, NT & TAS.
These items always ship by Road Express (never by air)
- Bulky items — wheelchairs, walkers, rollators & other large mobility equipment
- Oxygen machines & concentrators
- Any product containing lithium batteries — these can’t travel by air for safety reasons
Longer delivery to WA, NT & TAS
Road Express to these states takes a few days longer than Air Express. For example, Perth is typically 3–5 business days by Road Express, compared with 1–2 business days by Air Express.
Shipping costs
Free Express shipping. We’re currently offering free Express shipping on all orders over $100. Exclusions apply, including bulky items, remote areas and some postcodes.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you can choose the option that suits you on cost and speed. For some bulky items or remote locations, extra charges may apply after checkout — our customer service team will contact you with options.

Quality checks on specialised equipment
We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days. Some specialised items — such as electric wheelchairs, oxygen machines and high-value medical equipment — need extra time for thorough quality-control (QC) checks before dispatch. Some products also ship from different warehouses (e.g. WA), which can affect transit times. Thanks for your patience while we make sure your order arrives safely and meets our quality standards.
