1. Introduction

These Email Marketing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all promotional emails, discount codes, special offers, marketing campaigns, and exclusive subscriber promotions issued by Rapid Medical Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using any discount code or participating in any email-exclusive promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

4. No Retrospective Application to Previous Orders

4.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all email promotions apply to new orders only.

4.2 Promotions cannot be applied to:

• Orders placed before the promotion launch date and time

• Orders placed prior to the customer receiving the email

• Orders placed outside the promotional period

• Orders that are already processed, shipped, or delivered

• Orders that are pending shipment or awaiting fulfilment

4.3 Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively under any circumstances, even if:

• The order has not yet been delivered

• The product has not been used

• The order is still in transit

• The price decreases after the order is placed

4.4 Customers are not eligible to request:

• Refunds for the difference

• Partial refunds

• Reimbursement of a price drop

• Adjustment to match a promotional price

• Cancellation of an order solely to re-order at a discounted price

4.5 This policy applies universally, regardless of product category, customer circumstances, or order status.

5. Promotional Pricing & General Pricing Policy

5.1 Pricing Changes

Our product prices may change frequently due to supplier costs, currency fluctuations, stock levels, operational costs, market demand, and marketing activity.

5.1.1 A change in price does not entitle a customer to compensation, refund, or credit.

5.1.2 A promotion or discount released after a customer has placed an order does not create an obligation for us to match the new price.

5.1.3 Promotional prices apply only at the time of checkout and only during advertised timeframes.

5.2 Email-Exclusive Pricing

5.2.1 Certain email promotions are exclusive to subscribers and may not be available publicly.

5.2.2 These promotional prices apply only to new purchases and are not retroactive.

5.3 Price-Matching Requests

5.3.1 Rapid Medical Supplies does not offer post-purchase price matching.

5.3.2 We do not match:

• Past Rapid Medical Supplies prices

• Promotional email prices

• Flash sale prices

• Temporary or time-limited specials

• Outdated catalogue or website pricing

5.4 Cancellation to Re-Purchase at a Lower Price

5.4.1 Customers cannot cancel an existing order to repurchase the same product at a lower price unless the order has not been processed and cancellation is permitted under our standard Cancellation Policy.

5.4.2 We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests where the intention is solely to exploit a new promotional price.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

Unless stated otherwise, promotions do not apply to:

• Oxygen concentrators (portable or stationary)

• Electric wheelchairs

• Power-assisted wheelchairs

• Large mobility scooters

• Bulky or oversized items

• Medical machines and medical-grade equipment

• Consumables and medical disposables

• Items already on clearance or discounted

• Items with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) restrictions

• Wholesale, NDIS agency-managed, or third-party billed orders

• Special orders, custom orders, or non-stock items

We reserve the right to add or modify exclusions depending on stock, margins, and supplier conditions.

7. Promo Codes

7.1 Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

7.2 Codes are single-use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.3 Only one promo code may be used per order.

7.4 Codes may exclude specific products or categories.

7.5 Codes cannot be exchanged for credit, cash, or refunds.

8. Minimum Spend, Maximum Discount & Other Conditions

Promotions may require:

• Minimum spend conditions

• Product-specific purchases

• Limited quantities

• Caps on maximum discount

• Exclusions for shipping or accessories

• Per-customer usage limits

These conditions will be listed in each email promotion where relevant.

9. Order Status and Delivery Timing

9.1 A promotion does not influence the processing or delivery time of an order.

9.2 Standard dispatch and delivery conditions still apply.

9.3 An order being delayed does not make it eligible for retrospective application of a discount.

10. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

10.1 Rapid Medical Supplies reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse the use of a promotion if suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.

10.2 Examples of misuse include:

• Creating multiple accounts

• Attempting to re-order and cancel repeatedly

• Sharing private promo codes publicly

• Manipulating the checkout system

11. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or update these Terms at any time

• Cancel any promotion without notice

• Limit quantities purchased under promotions

• Reject promo code use for any legitimate business reason

• Enforce exclusions even if not explicitly listed in specific promos

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant state legislation.
