Full terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Spend Requirement: To qualify for the free vacation incentive, customers must spend a minimum of $500 in total with our company during the promotion period. This amount can be accumulated over multiple purchases during the offering period.

2. Period of Offer: This promotion is valid from 22nd September 2024 to 30th October 2024. The total spend must occur within this time frame to be eligible for the free vacation incentive.

3. Limited Availability: The free vacation offer is available in limited quantities and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all incentives are claimed, the offer will no longer be available.

4. Eligible Purchases: Eligible purchases include products or services purchased directly from the company. The cumulative total spend of $500 or more is required, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and other additional charges.

5. No Timeshare Presentations: There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive or any other hoops you'll need to jump through to redeem. Simply activate online by prepaying the hotel bookings and service fees associated with your selected destination. After activation, log in online and search for your preferred participating resort/hotel and preferred travel dates.

Vacation Accommodation Terms:

1. Availability of Destinations: The complimentary accommodation offer is possible because participating hotels and resorts experience up to a 30% vacancy rate during certain times of the year. These properties participate in this program hoping that non-paying guests will consume food, beverages, and other services, generating some revenue for the hotels. However, availability is subject to hotel vacancies and various factors, such as peak vacation periods (e.g., school holidays, Christmas, Easter) when hotels are full or near capacity. During these peak times, availability will be limited, and surcharges may apply.

2. Booking Procedure: To book your stay, follow the instructions provided on your Vacation Accommodation Voucher. You will go to www.choosemyholiday.com to select your destination. After selection, you will receive an email from Redeem Vacations notifying you of the need to activate your voucher by paying the necessary booking and service fees within 7 days.

3. Nightly Booking Fees: As part of the vacation incentive, a nightly booking fee applies. This is because the traditional hotel/reservation engine revenue-share model doesn’t apply here. These fees will vary based on destination and hotel and are subject to change. Once these booking fees are paid, you will gain access to available hotel rooms at your selected destination.

4. Travel Completion: Travel using the vacation incentive must be completed within 18 months after activation. Once activated, you can select your hotel and travel dates, but the destination must be chosen upfront (e.g., Sydney).

5. No Changes to Destination: Once you have selected your destination and paid the booking and service fees, you cannot change your destination. Travel to and from your chosen hotel or resort is not included.

6. Gap Between Incentives: If you have more than one vacation incentive, they cannot be used consecutively or back-to-back in the same or different destinations. There must be at least 1 year gap between vacations booked through RedeemVacations.com by any individual or family.

Booking Conditions:

1. Room Occupancy & Age Requirements: Most rooms provided through this program can accommodate 2 to 4 occupants, depending on room type and availability, with at least one occupant being 21 years of age or older. Most hotels allow two children (up to 12 years of age) to stay in the same room as two adults at no extra charge. However, some hotels may have restrictions regarding children, so it is essential to select hotels or resorts that suit your family’s circumstances.

2. Certificate Void if Purchased: The incentive is void if sold, bartered, or purchased by the recipient. This offer is strictly a promotional incentive for recipients of the participating business. This incentive is only valid for booking luxurious resort/hotel accommodations in participating locations provided by RedeemVacations.com.

3. Group Travel Not Allowed: This incentive is limited to one per household. Group travel is not permitted, and RedeemVacations.com will only honor one incentive per family and friends traveling on the same arrival and departure dates. Only one vacation incentive per travel party will be allowed.

4. Hotel Accommodation Is Complimentary: The recipient of this incentive will receive hotel accommodation free of charge. However, the recipient is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees (if applicable), and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.

5. Resort Fees: If applicable, resort fees (which cover services such as WiFi, local calls, and resort amenities) will be disclosed when selecting your hotel and preferred travel dates.

6. Advance Booking: All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Availability is based on the participating hotel or resort’s occupancy, and as expected, rooms are less likely to be available during peak vacation periods.

Fees & Taxes:

1. Non-Refundable Fees: Once the voucher is activated (i.e., when the booking fees are paid), the fees are non-refundable. The booking is also non-transferable. Travel must be completed within the stipulated 18 months, and once accommodation dates are confirmed, changes are not allowed. Any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fees.

2. Why Fees Are Payable Before Selecting the Hotel: To ensure that enough hotel rooms are available across multiple locations and dates, Redeem Vacations requires a rolling indication of future bookings. As such, the voucher must be activated and booking fees paid before selecting your hotel and travel dates. This helps Redeem Vacations provide sufficient availability across different locations.

Additional Terms:

1. Distance Restriction: The recipient must reside at least 160 kilometers (100 miles) away from their chosen destination to qualify for the complimentary accommodation. This ensures that the hotel or resort has a financial return from non-local guests who are more likely to consume on-site services (e.g., dining, spa treatments, tours).

2. No Cash Surrender Value: The vacation incentive has no cash surrender value. It is void where prohibited by law and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Change of Destination & Availability: Destination availability may change from time to time due to hotel ownership or management changes, unexpected block-out periods, or other reasons beyond our control. If a hotel or destination becomes unavailable, Redeem Vacations may offer other hotels of equal or similar value with approval from the incentive holder.

4. Conditions Subject to Change: Redeem Vacations and its Travel Incentive Partner reserve the right to change, modify, or amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice, especially in response to factors like COVID-19 and its ongoing impact on the travel and hospitality industry.

5. User Agreement: The user of the Vacation Accommodation Voucher agrees that they are participating in this program voluntarily and will not hold the company, Redeem Vacations, or any of the participating hotels responsible for any dissatisfaction, injury, or loss during their vacation. The user is fully accountable for their decisions and agrees to these terms by activating the incentive.
