No matter what portable oxygen concentrator you use, you must change your oxygen sieve every 12-18 months depending on usage. Even if the device isn't used frequently, the sieve needs to be replaced periodically as it absorbs moisture and becomes ineffective.
You are able to change the oxygen sieve yourself without needing a service agent. (Requires use of a T10 screwdriver, tweezers, and a slotted screwdriver)
This is the Kingon P2 oxygen sieve replacement part only. The oxygen sieve is also known as an oxygen sieve bed, oxygen molecular column, or oxygen filter.
Please see attached documents and videos in the corresponding tabs on how to change the Kingon P2 oxygen sieve. There are two instruction manuals on how to replace the Kingon P2 oxygen sieve, each instruction is for a particular model of Kingon P2 oxygen concentrator. Follow the one that looks most similar to your concentrator.
The R200 sieve bed is for Kingon P2 devices manufactured after October 2020 (Kingon P2 models manufactured before require the P200 sieve bed).
It is a two stage filter system which removes nitrogen from atmospheric air using a depleted zeolite material.

TRAVELING WITH A OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR
The FAA allows these device on board most U.S. aircrafts. If they have a FAA approval, they should allow the oxygen concentrator on board with the supply of the MSDS document. Rapid Medical Supplies can provide this upon request.
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the patient to check with the specific airline carrier when traveling domestically and internationally.
Just because a oxygen concentrator is FAA approved, does not automatically mean a customer will be allowed to take the machine on the plane. It is up to the discretion of every flight, airline, airline pilot etc if the machines or batteries are allowed to be carried on board.
When traveling with the device, be sure to bring the AC Power Supply and the External Battery Charger (if you have
one) with you. It is advisable to use external power (i.e., plugged into a wall) whenever it is available to keep the
battery fully charged.
Bring enough charged batteries with you to power your concentrator for no less than 150% of the expected duration of your flight, ground time before and after the flight, security screenings, connections and a conservative
estimate for unanticipated delays. Note that per FAA regulations, all extra batteries are to be individually wrapped
and protected to prevent short circuits and carried in carry-on baggage onboard aircraft only.
The AC Power Supply cannot be used to charge the device battery when onboard aircraft. If traveling by bus, train
or boat, contact your carrier to find out about power port availability.
