Support is made from neoprene rubber for comfort, ease of movement, and support.
Neoprene is a breathable material that allows the support to be worn for hours on end without worrying about moisture accumulating or skin issues.
Brace can be worn on either leg and fits any knee with a circumference from 31cm to 45cm.

The brace, which is made from a pliable and ventilated neoprene material, ensures a comfortable and secure fit. Free express shipping is currently being offered for orders over $100. This has exclusions such as bulky items, remote areas and post codes etc.

If you order is under $100, shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout section and options will be given for you to decide on your individual preferences such as cost, speed of delivery etc. In some circumstances, bulky items under $100 or remote locations under $100 will be subject to extra shipping charges after checkout. The customer service team will contact you at this time and provide options at your convenience.

Travelling with Lithium Batteries

This section is only relevant to products with Lithium batteries included. If you product above does not include a lithium battery, please ignore this section as it's universal across our website.

TRAVELING WITH A OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR
The FAA allows these device on board most U.S. aircrafts. If they have a FAA approval, they should allow the oxygen concentrator on board with the supply of the MSDS document. Rapid Medical Supplies can provide this upon request.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the patient to check with the specific airline carrier when traveling domestically and internationally.

Just because a oxygen concentrator is FAA approved, does not automatically mean a customer will be allowed to take the machine on the plane. It is up to the discretion of every flight, airline, airline pilot etc if the machines or batteries are allowed to be carried on board.

When traveling with the device, be sure to bring the AC Power Supply and the External Battery Charger (if you have
one) with you. It is advisable to use external power (i.e., plugged into a wall) whenever it is available to keep the
battery fully charged.
Bring enough charged batteries with you to power your concentrator for no less than 150% of the expected duration of your flight, ground time before and after the flight, security screenings, connections and a conservative
estimate for unanticipated delays. Note that per FAA regulations, all extra batteries are to be individually wrapped
and protected to prevent short circuits and carried in carry-on baggage onboard aircraft only.
The AC Power Supply cannot be used to charge the device battery when onboard aircraft. If traveling by bus, train
or boat, contact your carrier to find out about power port availability.
