How long will my delivery take?
**Due to the Black Friday Sales Event 26th November - 3rd of December, we are expecting delays of up to 2-4 business days for packages. Please account for this in the delivery times quoted.**
Every order received by Rapid Medical Supplies before 5pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day. We're proud of our track record, which has seen 95% of deliveries to most metropolitan areas made in just 1-2 days. (Express service). Some bulk boxes may be sent by road express, which will delay the shipping by 1-3 business days depending on your state & Territory.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days. However, due to the specialised nature of some items—such as electric wheelchairs, oxygen machines, and high-value medical equipment—additional time may be required for thorough quality control (QC) checks prior to dispatch.
In rare cases (e.g. during high sales events like End of Financial Year or due to high demand), dispatch times may extend up to 3–5 additional business days.
Some products may also be shipped from different warehouse locations (e.g. WA), which can affect transit times.

Free express shipping is currently being offered for orders over $100. This has exclusions such as bulky items, remote areas and post codes etc.
Order under $100
If you order is under $100, shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout section and options will be given for you to decide on your individual preferences such as cost, speed of delivery etc. In some circumstances, bulky items under $100 or remote locations under $100 will be subject to extra shipping charges after checkout.
