The Opal Transit Wheelchair features comfortable padded armrests, a 46cm wide padded seat, and a padded backrest, providing a supportive and comfortable seating experience. The footrests are also adjustable to to suit the user’s individual needs, and with a max user weight of 136kg.
This wheelchair is equipped with a range of safety features, including lockable hand brakes and a lap belt, which help to ensure the user’s safety and security. The large rear wheels and solid front castors provide stability and make it easy to navigate a range of indoor and outdoor terrains.
The Redgum Brand Opal Transit Wheelchair is also designed with convenience in mind. It can be easily folded and stored when not in use, and its compact size makes it easy to transport in a car or on public transport.

How long will my delivery take?
Every order received by Rapid Medical Supplies before 4pm AEST will be despatched on the same day. We're proud of our track record, which has seen 95% of deliveries to most metropolitan areas made in just 1-2 days. (Express service). Some bulk boxes may be sent by road express, which will delay the shipping by 2-4 business days depending on your state & Territory.
Please note: Bulk items such as Walker/Rollators, Mobility scooters etc are a bulk item and are charged a different shipping rate to the regular items on our site. All rollators will be charged an additional extra freight charge in line with the daily shipping rates given. Unfortunately, these cannot be calculated in the checkout. Remote locations will need to call for a shipping quote as these can also not be calculated at checkout. Same day dispatch does not apply to Scooters & Electric wheelchairs as the first day will be used for QC & Testing to make sure the equipment is working to a satisfactory level before shipped. The Solax, E-Traveller, Sweetrich, Quingo Range all come from our WA warehouse and will take an addition 2-4 business days.
MEDICAL & ESSENTIAL MACHINES:
Specialty machines such as oxygen concentrators, patient monitors, Mobility scooters & mobility aids, suction machines etc. (Ask for other machines) are not dispatched same day as they require 1 business day for QC and testing before dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders for these products after they are finalised. See T's and C's for more info.
